1 - LOCATION EXECUTIVE PORTRAITS Executive Portrait Package includes: Head and shoulders One standard setup with backdrop - white, mottled gray, or mottled blue OR - One environmental setup 8-megapixel high-resolution digital images (23MB file when open) Editing with executive onsite immediately after shooting One completed Master Photo File - publication ready, cover quality JPEG photo file with crop, color correction, retouching, and caption Next day turn-around for completed files Web delivery (no sales tax) OR - Completed file burned to CD with printout, courier delivery (sales tax applies) Copyright transfer (full rights) to client Archive of completed Master Photo Files kept at Mast Photography for three years 2 - SESSION DETAILS Setup time is 1/2-hour to 1-1/2 hours, breakdown time is 30 to 45 minutes Executives should be scheduled in 1/2-hour intervals, back-to-back If executives are late, or if there are gaps in the schedule, down-time is charged at $25 per 1/4-hour ($100 per hour) Shooting area must be at least 9x12 feet Must be completely clear of furniture before arrival Time for furniture moving is additional at $25 per 1/4-hour ($100 per hour) A room without daylight is preferred We can accomodate smaller spaces, like hotel rooms, if needed Clothing and Make-up We recommend gray or slightly colored suits, colored shirts, and colorful scarves Please avoid wearing pitch-black clothing, pure white clothing, and busy fabrics Light make-up is provided if needed - Retouching is always included in Master Photo Files - We have professional stylists available - Call for estimate 3 - ADDITIONAL SHOOTING Clothing change or major pose change with the same backdrop - $150 additional Includes one additional Master Photo File for the different "look" Allow an additional 1/2-hour for lighting adjustments, shooting and editing Shooting with BOTH a backdrop and environmental setup - Call for estimate Twelve or more executives - Discount pricing applies. Call for estimate Group Pictures - Call for estimate 4 - FILES, VERSIONS AND PRINTOUTS Additional completed Master Photo Files - $35 each Additional frames fully completed to publication ready Web Thumbnail version - made from Master Photo File - $15 each Custom sized and optimized for web use Black & White version - made from Master Photo File - $25 each B&W high resolution conversion and optimization Additional Printouts - made from Master Photo File - Call for estimate 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 printouts on professional gloss paper 5 - MISCELLANEOUS Web Gallery (Online Proof Sheet) - $50 to $150 Includes preliminary editing, rotations, and slight correction for web viewing Custom Backgrounds - Call for estimate Custom backgrounds or "Made-to-Match" backgrounds Additional Digital Services - $125 per hour Digital services can include extensive retouching, reconstruction, compositing, or digital modification of backgrounds Rush Services Files can be completed same-day or early next-day if needed - Call for estimate Archive Disk - $25 Disk on file at Mast Photography for three years Includes all frames shot and all Master Photo Files Sales Tax Sales tax is additional on ALL FEES AND SERVICES if any tangible products are provided, like disks or printouts.
